The Apartments

The independent student apartments of HiCondo come in two variants: type A and type B. Type B apartments have a 6 m2 larger area (comparable to three or four-star hotels). Type A costs € 782,55 per month, while type B costs € 831,06 per month. The apartments are applicable for a governmental rent subsidy, depending on the student’s age and income of € 484,00 per month. All apartments have the following facilities:

• kitchen area
• installed equipment: granite counter, sink, upper and lower cupboards, 2 burner stove top, exhaust hood, personal boiler.
